Zep Heavy Hitter Hard Water Detergent is a highly concentrated dishwashing compound made for commercial dishwashers that is made with a special blend of alkaline detergents, water softeners, grease cutters and soil suspenders. Formula allows for dilutions up to 14 ml per 4.5 liters of water. This commercial dishwasher detergent does not produce foam which can interfere with the operation of the dishwasher.
